View on EPIC Technology Meeting on Optical Fiber Sensors at Airbus

We recently had a fantastic time attending the EPIC Technology Meeting on Optical Fiber Sensors, hosted at Airbus in Hamburg. The event provided excellent networking opportunities with major companies in the aviation sector and served as a great platform to discuss the future of aerospace sensing.

During the meeting, our Product Line Manager, Joachim Gerike, had the pleasure of taking the stage to present our latest advancements. His presentation was titled: “From UV/VIS to Mid-IR: Broad Spectra Fiber Solutions for High-Performance Applications.”

It was especially exciting for our team to see such massive interest in our Mid-IR technology. The discussions throughout the event highlighted a strong market demand for our wide spectra fiber optic solutions, which are capable of covering an impressive transmission range from 200nm all the way up to 18µm.

We want to extend a huge thank you to the European Photonics Industry Consortium (EPIC) and Airbus for organizing and hosting such a highly focused and valuable event. We look forward to continuing the conversations started in Hamburg and driving further innovations in the field.
