Description

FlexiRay® Fiber Optic Laser Cables offer superior performance for high-brightness, high-quality laser power delivery in industrial, medical, and cosmetology applications (e.g. hair removal equipment). Their robust construction ensures long-term reliability, even under demanding operating conditions.

Our specialty lies in producing high-temperature cable and cable assemblies  for high-power and vacuum environments, utilizing FlexiRay® Metal-Coated Silica Fibers. Bundles of these fibers can efficiently combine output from multiple laser modules, achieving multi-kilowatt power levels.

Thanks to advanced manufacturing technologies at art photonics, we ensure precise fiber alignment within the connector ferrule and exceptional surface quality at the fiber end. Each cable undergoes rigorous testing before shipment, using specialized equipment such as digital fiber microscopes, power meters, beam profilers, and a 100W diode laser—guaranteeing consistent quality and performance.
