Dr. Foerster brings extensive experience in general management, business development, and sales across diverse industries, including environmental, petrochemical, energy, and high-tech industries. She has held senior leadership roles at companies like thyssenkrupp and Siemens, where she has successfully led international teams and managed multi-million P&L responsibilities in various industrial and engineering services sectors.

Her expertise spans across various B2B models, from solution-based services to component manufacturing. She is highly skilled in business process refinement, sales management, project implementation strategies, and risks assessment Dr. Foerster leadership is characterized by her focus on communication, collaboration, and systematic thinking.

Dr. Foerster holds an Executive MBA from the University of St. Gallen and a PhD in Biophysical Chemistry. In addition, she has also pursued a supervisory board certification program and is engaged as a member of the advisory board for a technology sector SME. Her strategic mindset and commitment to innovation align perfectly with the future direction of art photonics.
