Introducing the FlexiSpec Combi Fiber Optic Probes

In the demanding fields of bio-pharma and advanced R&D, real-time data is essential. Traditionally, securing comprehensive analytical data meant physically switching between different spectroscopic setups, such as ATR, NIR, and Raman. This fragmented approach not only slows down critical processes but also introduces a higher risk of sampling errors. Why run three separate analyses when […]

Application Note: Identification of Organic and Pharmaceutical Powders

Real-time, in-line powder identification usually means a trade-off between speed and accuracy. We proved it doesn't have to. We recently teamed up with our Nynomic Group partner, m-u-t GmbH, to release a joint Application Note. The goal was simple: build a compact, field-ready NIR setup capable of analyzing complex organics directly in the bulk material, […]

Raman Fiber Probe

Main features

  • In-line Raman spectroscopy
  • Single-wavelength excitation (532, 785 nm)
  • Flexible and robust for industrial applications in harsh environment
  • Compatible with all Raman fiber optic spectrometers
  • 3A standard version available on request

Description

FlexiSpec® product line includes the high sensitivity Raman fiber optic probe to be used with any Raman spectrometer.
Available in two options – multi-wavelength excitation (630-785 nm) and single-wavelength excitation (532 and 785 nm), these fiber probes have a bifurcated design, connecting the probe to both a laser and a spectrometer. Our Raman probe allows to analyze spectra in fingerprint (FP, 800-1800 cm-1) and high wavenumber (HWVN, 2800-3800 cm-1) spectral ranges using different lasers.

FlexiSpec® Raman fiber optic probes are compatible with process-interfaces to be cleanable and to enable reaction monitoring in lab, pilot plant and run full automated process control.
