Die innovative MIR-Hakensonde basiert auf einem optischen System aus Fasern und Spiegeln und erf\u00fcllt die strengen Anforderungen der Kliniker: kleiner Durchmesser (weniger als 3 mm), biokompatible Materialien und eine Hakenform im 90\u00b0-Winkel. Die oben genannten Merkmale erm\u00f6glichen es, bestimmte Knorpelbereiche f\u00fcr die manuelle Sondierung w\u00e4hrend der Arthroskopie zu erreichen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zwei technische Designs wurden von art photonics entwickelt. Das erste Design erm\u00f6glicht die mehrfache Verwendung der Sonde dank der hochresistenten Diamantspitze. Das zweite Design l\u00f6st das Problem des geringen Signals durch eine besonders empfindliche Einweg-Faserschleife am Ende f\u00fcr eine einmalige Messung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die beiden Prototypen wurden zusammen mit den Konsortialpartnern der Universit\u00e4t Ostfinnland in Kuopio an Knorpelproben ausgiebig getestet und zeigten eine zuverl\u00e4ssige Leistung bei der Erkennung wichtiger spektraler Marker f\u00fcr Osteoarthritis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die hakenf\u00f6rmige Sonde ist ein wesentlicher Bestandteil des klinischen Ger\u00e4ts, das in Zusammenarbeit mit technischen Partnern wie OptoPrecision GmbH, Nanoplus GmbH, IRIS und der Norwegian University of Life Sciences gebaut wird und der europ\u00e4ischen Medizinprodukteverordnung EU 2017\/745 entspricht.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Im Rahmen des MIRACLE-Projekts entwickelte die art photonics GmbH die ersten Prototypen der einzigartigen hakenf\u00f6rmigen faseroptischen MIR-Sonde f\u00fcr die Arthroskopie.
